Serving the Town of Farmville
Serving Farmville for more than 55 years. What began with 150 apartments in 1968 has grown to 209 apartments providing subsidized housing assistance to Farmville and surrounding towns and counties.

Four steps to your new home
Applications are accepted from market-rate renters and those needing assistance. No income is required to be eligible.

Get an application
Apply through the online portal, or pick up an application from the receptionist at 4284 Anderson Avenue.

Complete all requested information
Incomplete applications can’t be accepted. If anything is missing, we’ll contact you so you can finish it.

Bring it to the office (by appointment) or mail it to P.O. Box 282, Farmville, NC 27828.

Something broken?
Our maintenance staff responds to repair requests between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Repairs from normal wear and tear are at no charge.
When you call, have your name, address, a call-back number and the nature of the problem ready.
